Mixedbread has everything VCs dream about: we're ex-Google Search engineers with models that beat OpenAI, 50M+ downloads (5% of all global AI model downloads in 2024), and customers already building with our APIs.

What we need: someone to build the business machine.

You'll:

• Own revenue from $0 to $10M+ ARR
• Build our entire GTM engine (PLG + sales-assisted) and operational infrastructure
• Design scalable systems: CRM, financial models, hiring processes, analytics dashboards
• Close our first 100 customers while building the playbook for the next 1000
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks with extreme urgency
• Track pipeline health, revenue, and operational KPIs to optimize growth
• Hire and lead our SF team (engineering, sales, ops)
• Turn technical superiority into market dominance

You are:

• A builder who's taken products from zero to millions in revenue
• Technical enough to demo embeddings and vector search
• Strategic enough to see where AI search markets are heading
• Analytical enough to spot root causes and implement solutions fast
• Comfortable doing things that don't scale (then making them scale)
• Excited to work directly with technical founders
